Shipping

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except weekends and public holidays. Any orders placed after 2PM PST will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and public holidays).

Items from the Goods section shipping within the US are processed via USPS. Art or international packages are processed via UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the item’s value and shipping location.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

We cannot guarantee that the international shipments will have all duties, taxes and fees paid prior to arrival. Please contact your local customs office to check whether any taxes or duties will be applied to receive your order.

If you live in or near San Jose, CA, we offer $25 flat fee same day courier delivery to your home. Please let us know if you prefer this option.

Returns

We make every effort to accurately describe and represent the Art and Goods on our website.

All Art sales are final. All commissioned work sales are final.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from the Goods section, you may return it within 7 days from the day you received your purchase for a refund. Please make sure it is not stained, ripped or otherwise damaged, and contact us to request the return. Please make sure you pack the item well. Original shipping charges and return shipping will not be refunded.
